Weddings and engagements can be truly overwhelming - trust us, we know. Alleycat is founded on a rollercoaster 5 year personal journey. Now firm believers of the mantra "our day our way", we work with a limited number of clients per year to bring their vision to life; from fledgling thoughts or no idea at all, to a dream day that encapsulates your personalities, relationship and style.

Book phone consultation (below) with Cat and tell us a little about yourself and your plans, if you have any
Use our list of elements below for inspiration before a friendly chat over phone or Zoom to discuss initial ideas of style, colours & budget
Receive first design estimate and online mood-board; a basic insight to be amended & refined. Pay deposit to secure design time & installation date
Refine all elements of design and estimate.
Receive first and second edits of
mood-board, sketches & samples
Visit wedding venue together, chat with staff & caterers, choose fabrics, florals & decorations, sketch out designs in person.
Final estimate agreed & first payment to be received.
We liaise with all suppliers and venue regarding design, updating you via Dropbox, phone & email. Shared checklists keep us on the same page.
Bespoke creations made, photographed and presented to client. Florals & decor sourced to be installed on the day.
All stored by us.
Second payment to be received.
Our team adorn venue and install elements either the day before or morning of your beautiful wedding day. Phone call with designated bridal party member when all complete.
On-the-day assistance available for room turnaround, photo design, etc.
Removal of all elements, delivery of flowers, purchased items,
guestbook, balloons etc to bridal party. Return of hired items. Presentation of final invoice.
What we do:
Your tailored package can include any of these bespoke elements. We'll work with your style and budget to create a totally unique event. We are also able to offer designs for most elements here without sourcing & installing if this suits your budget and creativity better - please see 'DIY Designs' from the Venue Dressing drop-down menu at the top.
